Occupational health practitioners with the 'Health Professionals' or 'Admin' roles can set patients fitness status and digitally sign fitness certificates.

### Sign with a Digital Signature 
To add medical information and digital signature, access the ‘Professional Details’ by clicking the initials at the top right corner of the page and then select ‘Edit Profile’. ###  Sign Patient Fitness Status
1. Login to your Tealio account and navigate to the requested patient page. 
2. Review the health records and press ‘Sign’ 
3. Set the patient's Fitness Status, certificate expiration, and add comments if applicable. 
4. Press 'Submit' to digitally sign the patient’s fitness status.

The applied fitness status will appear on both the patient record and, if applicable, on a certificate issued for the employee.
