Working together with your colleagues while ensuring data security is a core aspect of Tealio. Moreover, Tealio offers the flexibility of incorporating external collaborators, including employers and other stakeholders. This broader scope of collaboration is a powerful tool for building transparency and trust, while maintaining the integrity of data privacy.

Learn how to bring your teammates on board. Grant them with either global access or access to specific projects, sharing only pertinent information with them.

### Add members to the organization
Adding members to the organization, should be provided for teammates which should have global access to to all projects under the organization.

### Add collaborators to a project
Adding collaborators to a specific project, will provided limited access to the user. By taking this approach, you can effectively balance between collaboration and privacy.

### Grant Permissions (User Access Level)
When adding collaborators you will be asked to assign their permission level (e.g. team members, doctors, view only, and limited view). To safeguard patients confidentiality, it is advisable to restrict collaborators' access and permissions strictly to what is essential.

Granting stakeholders view-only access to a specific project, provides a real-time view to see the project progress and all it's data. The Limited-View access will not display the entire assessment records, but limit the access to see the patient's fitness status, assessments final observation and any document with status 'public'.

### Remove Collaborators
If members no longer require access to a project or an organization, users with 'Admin' role can remove their access by navigating to the members page, select the collaborator you would like to remove from the project or an organization, and select "Remove Member".

How to add teammates and collaborators?

Tealio empowers you to choose the best method that suits your needs, add patients prior and during the health assessment day. Adding a patient can be easily accessed from anywhere in the project via the Quick Actions on the right side of the Project's Navigation.

### Share a link to the online registration form
Sharing a link in advance is usually the most convenient way to prepare for the coming upcoming health assessment. This link can be distributes through email or text message.

### Share a QR Code
The QR code links to the project’s online registration form. Download the QR code and share in your brochures, or print it out and place it at the waiting room for the patients to scan and fill up while waiting for the health assessment. 

Go to the Project Settings > Customization > Customize Pages > Generate QR Code.

### Upload patients list via a CSV file (bulk import)

### Add patient form
Having the patients consent and information available on the platform in advance has its benefits. However, adding patients manually is always an option too and can be done during the medical evaluation together with the patient.

What is the best way to add patients to a project?

To easily access the Tealio web-application, you may download it as an Chrome-application to your computer, add it to your Favorites or Bookmarks bar (depending upon the browser), or to your mobile home screen, so that it is only a click away when you need it.

# 1. Add Tealio as a desktop app

Turn Tealio website into a desktop app shortcut for your Windows PC, Mac, or Chromebook With Google Chrome. The app can be pinned to your taskbar or Dock for quick access. Install Tealio's progressive web app (PWA): 

1.     Open Chrome browser.
2.     Navigate to the Tealio application at https://app.tealio.ai
3.     Click the "Install" icon in the address bar. The address bar is at the top-center of the page. You can find the Install icon (which resembles a down-arrow within a monitor) on the right side of it. A pop-up menu will open.

4.     Click 'Install' on the pop-up menu.
5.     Tealio icon will be added to your desktop or app folder and the application will open automatically in a new window. On Android, navigate to your homepage and tap the newly added app to open it.

# 2.Adding Tealio to Your Smartphone / Tablet Home Screen
The home screen on your smartphone or tablet is where your apps live, but you can also add shortcuts to websites. Here's how to create an "app" for Tealio on your device, allowing you to access the website directly from your home screen.

### __Android__
1.	Open Chrome
2.	Navigate to Tealio website (https://app.tealio.ai)
3.	Tap the menu icon (3 dots in the upper right-hand corner) 
4.	Tap Add to home screen
5.	Choose a name for the website shortcut.
6.	Chrome will add it to your home screen
7.	Now just tap the new icon on your home screen to access Tealio

### __iPhone or iPad__
1.	Open Safari. Other browsers, such as Chrome, won't work for this.
2.	Navigate to Tealio website (https://app.tealio.ai).
3.	Tap the Share button on the bottom of the page. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing out of the top.
4.	In the list of options that appear, scroll down and Tap Add to Home Screen. 
5.	On the Add to Home Screen dialog box choose a name for the 
6.	Tap Add. Safari will close automatically and you will be taken to where the icon is located on your home screen
7.	Now just tap the new icon on your home screen to access Tealio.

__Note:__ If you ever decide you want to remove the website shortcut, you can delete it just like you would any other app on your phone.

# 3. Adding Tealio to Your Favorites or Bookmarks Bar

### __Google Chrome__
1.	Go to Tealio website (https://app.tealio.ai)
2.	Move your mouse up to the URL bar
3.	Click on the star (if you hover over it, it should say "Bookmark this Tab")
4.	Bookmark is now added
5.	Click Done

### __Microsoft Edge__
1.	Go to Tealio website (https://app.tealio.ai)
2.	Move your mouse up to the URL bar
3.	Click on the star with the plus icon (if you hover over it, it should say "Add this page to Favorites")
4.	Favorite is now added
5.	Click Done

### __Internet Explorer__
1.	Go to Tealio website (https://app.tealio.ai)
2.	Click on the Favorites menu and choose Add to Favorites...
3.	In the window that appears, next to Create in:, be sure to select Favorites bar
4.	Click Add

### __Mozilla Firefox__ 
1.	Go to Tealio website (https://app.tealio.ai)
2.	Click on the Bookmarks menu and choose Bookmark this Page
3.	In the window that appears, next to Folder:, select Bookmarks Toolbar. 
4.	Click Done

### __Apple Safari__ 
1.	Go to Tealio website (https://app.tealio.ai)
2.	Click on the Bookmarks menu and choose Add Bookmark...
3.	In the window that appears,right below Add this page to: select Bookmarks Bar
4.  Click Add

### __Note__
- You may find that after you click on Add, the link might not appear in the desired position in the Bookmarks Bar.  You can reposition it within the Bookmarks Bar by clicking on the icon for the site and dragging it to a different location.
- Now, when you click on the bookmark you added to the bar, it will take you quickly to Tealio

__The Organization Settings tab__ offers an overview of your account, in addition to a comprehensive customization tools for users with ‘Admin’ role. As you get started with Tealio you are advised to review and update your organization public information and use our customization tools to match your workflows.

### Updating your public information

Update your organization public name, address, and logo as they will be shared with your collaborators and patients.

### Create and modify Custom fields

As an admin on your account, you can go to the Organization Settings > Customize > Custom Fields and create or edit Custom Fields for Patients, Projects, and Health Records to service your needs. 

__To add fields__ press the +Add at the top right of the page.
__To edit existing fields__ press the field that you would like to update, update the desired options and press 'Submit' to save.

### Default Project

The default project is your initial template for your communication with your patients: 
- Digital Registration page: includes customization of the headers, setting mandatory and optional fields, and consent info.
- Patient results page
- Results Email Notification

Every new project created will inherit these defaults therefore it is recommended to set them before creating projects. If you wish to edit the registration form of a specific project, go to the desired Project > Customization.

### Health Records Referral Threshold

Exercise caution when making changes to the Referral Threshold. Custom threshold may expose patients to potential incorrect diagnosis, please consult with a medical professional and verify the threshold before using it.

Tealio online registration forms provides a great tool for collection patient information, questionnaires, payment, and consent. Every project automatically includes a dedicated registration form which can be tailored for the project's specific requirements.

### Customize the Project Registration Form
The project's Digital Registration Page enables branding and customization of the title and headers, adding images, and electing which fields will be displayed to the patients during the registration process.

How to create a digital registration and consent form?

All Tealio subscriptions come with unlimited number of projects. For efficient project monitoring it is usually the best practice to create a new project for every customer, location, and health assessment.
Every new project created will include the default settings, and will require some attention to the project settings and available customization. 

### Save Time, Clone a project
When creatine a new project you may choose the option to clone one of your existing projects. Cloning a project will duplicate its settings including any customization provided to the registration form, the results page or the email notification, without any of the project’s patient or exams data. 

### One Customer, Multiple Consent Forms
At times you may need the flexibility to create various registration forms to accommodate different patients or evaluation types. Simply clone additional projects for that customer and expose different fields on the form. 

How do I create additional projects with the same settings?

Health records and medical certificates can be signed by the relevant team members  if they have ‘Admin‘ or ‘Health Professional‘ user role. Adding a digital signature to your profile is recommended for signing off on fitness certificates and health records in a secure and verifiable manner. It ensures the authenticity and integrity of your professional endorsements.

### How do I add or edit my medical information and include a digital signature to my profile?

Click on your initials at the top right of the page.
Select "Edit Profile" from the dropdown menu.

Fill in the necessary information, including your profession and medical ID.

### How can I create a digital signature for my profile?

Look for the option that says "Press to draw signature" and select it.
Use your cursor, finger, or pen (depending on your device) to draw your signature in the provided area. If you find it difficult to sign with a mouse, you can perform this step on your phone or tablet.

Yes, you can revisit the profile editing section, draw a new signature, and update your profile to reflect the changes.

Keep your login credentials secure, and do not share them with unauthorized individuals. Additionally, be cautious while accessing your profile on public or shared devices.
