Add a co-sign to a digital certificate

At times you may need a patient or another health practitioner to sign a certificate of fitness. This article will guide you as to how to add a signature to the certificate PDF you have generated with your Tealio account.

Co-sign a certificate directly from a computer -

  1. Download the certificate to the computer

  2. Open the file and press the markup icon (looks like a pencil). A toolbar will be opened.

Co-Sign from a computer

  1. Select the drawing option and have the employee use the mouse to sign.

  2. Save the file

  3. Upload the PDF back to the documents section under employee page on Tealio

  4. Open the file to ensure it was uploaded with the signature.

  5. Change the certificate Status to 'Public', for view access.

  6. You may 'Archive' the previous record to remove duplication.

Co-Sign a certificate from a tablet or mobile phone

  1. Download the certificate to the mobile device

  4. Ask the employees to draw their signature on the designated area and press Done Screenshot 2024-03-03 at 13.49.15

  5. Save the file to the device

  6. Upload the saved PDF back to the employee documents section by Pressing the 'Choose Files' option Screenshot 2024-03-03 at 14.01.46

  7. Open the file to ensure it was uploaded with the signature.

  8. Change the certificate Status to 'Public', for view access.
